Placing an Order

Order Cancellation

Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday. The estimated total delivery period is therefore 4–7 business days, Monday through Friday.
Shipping is free for orders within the United States.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, operational disruptions, or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
We ship orders using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Returns and Refunds
Our standard return period is 30 days from delivery.
Returned products should be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required packaging may not be accepted where applicable.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
If a product is incorrect or defective due to an issue attributable to Bauble Thread, we will cover the applicable return cost.
Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and accepted, an approved refund will generally be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products may be excluded from standard change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This does not affect any applicable consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. If you need a different product, size, or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item must be new, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Exchange requests remain subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact Bauble Thread as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask for relevant information or photographs to help us assess the issue. Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
