Return and Refund Policy
At Bauble Thread, we want customers to have a straightforward experience when shopping with us. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible online purchases. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start the return process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new and unused, with all original packaging and product materials included. Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for standard returns unless the item is defective or there is another issue covered by applicable consumer rights.
Return Process
Returns are handled by mail. Please contact Bauble Thread with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide a downloadable return label that you can print and attach to your package.
After sending the package, please keep your return receipt or tracking information until the return has been completed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether it meets the return conditions and proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Cost
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or no longer want the product, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
If an item is defective or the issue was caused by an error on our part, Bauble Thread will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item that is not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and information about the issue.
After the item is returned and inspected, we will arrange a replacement with the same product in new and non-defective condition, subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and accepted, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
The refund will be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. For a simple exchange, we recommend returning the original item first and then placing a new order for the item you would like instead.
This allows the new item to be processed as a separate order and helps avoid delays if availability changes.
